User Service Agreement

Thank you for using the BabyFeed application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "the Application"). This User Service Agreement ("this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you andWuxi Tide Time Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "we"). By downloading, installing or using this application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and the relatedPrivacy Policy.

[Important Tips]If you do not agree to any terms of this agreement, please stop using this application immediately. Continued use shall be deemed to be your full agreement to the entire contents of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

Baby Feeding Time mainly provides technical support for parents and guardians to record and track infant care status (such as eating, sleeping, vaccination, etc.). Recorded content can be shared and viewed by users invited to that specific "family group."

Medical Disclaimer:You understand and agree that the information and functions provided in this application are for daily management reference only, and any charts or reference analysis are notintended as a basis for medical, diagnostic or health care advice.You should independently consult a qualified pediatrician or medical professional regarding your baby's healthy development.

2. Your account and family permissions

You need to register and maintain a valid account to use cloud synchronization and family sharing services.

You guarantee the legality, authenticity and accuracy of the information you provide.
You are responsible for keeping your account login information safe to prevent unauthorized access. All losses caused by your improper storage shall be borne by you.
By creating or joining a family group, you explicitly grant all other invited adults in the group permission to read or edit your baby's daily care records. The group owner can remove relevant family members at any time.

3. Your content and legal use

You have the right to upload photos of baby food, text and diaries of life moments, etc. (collectively, "your content") through this application. You retain all rights to the content you generate. You grant this application the right to transmit and store on the server only when necessary to complete storage, encrypted backup, and distribution to your designated family members.

You agree not to use this service to engage in the following behaviors (including but not limited to):

Upload any information that infringes on other people's privacy rights, copyrights, or contains illegal, violent and pornographic information;
Interfere with and attack this application server and its connected networks;
Use this application to engage in any activities that violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;
Upload data or content unrelated to baby feeding and growth records;
Impersonate the identity of others or falsely create baby files;
Other behaviors that endanger network security and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

4. Membership Subscription Service Terms

This App provides a paid subscription membership service ("Premium Edition"), and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Please read the following terms carefully before subscribing:

Subscription period and price:Subscription period and price are subject to the actual display on the App Store product page, which may include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions and other plans.
Automatic renewal:Subscription will automatically renew and be charged within 24 hours before the end of each cycle, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.
Manage and cancel subscriptions:You can go toiOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any timeManage or cancel your subscription. After cancellation, you can still use the membership benefits within the paid period until the expiration date.
Refund Policy:Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store and refund requests must be processed through official Apple channels. We are unable to process refunds on your behalf.
Free trial:If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period ends, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

The copyright of this application and all its source code, design, icons, UI/UX, interface layout and back-end system belongs entirely toWuxi Tidal Time Technology Co., Ltd.. Without prior written permission, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract its internal structure and source code of this software.

6. Change, interruption and termination of services

Due to operational adjustments or system repairs and other reasons, we may modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend some service functions. If major changes are involved, we will notify the system. If you are found to have violated the substantive provisions of this Agreement, we may unilaterally suspend or permanently ban the offending account.

7. Limitation of Liability

This application cannot completely avoid unstable network connections and possible force majeure fluctuations in third-party basic cloud storage services. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses due to any service interruption, system failure or data synchronization delay caused by matters beyond our reasonable control. It is recommended that you utilize the local backup/export feature of this application to archive important records on demand.

8. Dispute resolution and applicable law

The formation, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed bythe laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises due to this agreement, the two parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Courtwith jurisdiction over the place where Wuxi Tidal Time Technology Co., Ltd. is registered.9.
